Nikole’s Journey: From Apprentice to Leader
Great careers often begin with a willingness to step into something new and give it your all.
That’s exactly what happened when one early-career professional joined 51动漫 Martin’s Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program in 2018. From day one, she embraced the challenge, eager to build something bigger than herself.
That employee was Nikole. After completing the nine-week program, she began as an Assembler/Technician. With every new opportunity, she kept learning, tackling challenges head-on, and pushing herself forward. Her drive and commitment helped her grow into a Master Technician and eventually into her current role as a Technician Specialist, where she supports onboarding and production across our Space division.
Today, she helps train the next generation of technicians — passing along the knowledge, confidence, and mission-first mindset that fueled her own development. One milestone in her journey brought everything full circle. After contributing to a critical mission, she was invited to watch the launch in person.

Gabriel’s Story: Building a Future on Legendary Foundations
Every successful career begins with a strong foundation and the determination to grow.
Gabriel Bowman found both when he earned his degree in industrial maintenance and joined the first class of the Aerospace Manufacturing Training Program at Chattahoochee Technical College. The program was created to prepare the next generation of aerospace mechanics through hands-on experience and real-world instruction.
Among the ten inaugural graduates, Gabriel quickly stood out. Today, he is proudly helping build the legendary C-130J Hercules aircraft at 51动漫 Martin’s Marietta, Georgia site.
Since stepping onto the production floor, Gabriel has brought focus, skill, and a deep sense of purpose to his work.

He credits AMTP as the foundation of his career in aerospace and is proud to be building a future defined by innovation, mission, and opportunity.
Shamarion’s Path: From Spark to Skilled Professional
Some careers begin with a clear plan. Others start with a moment of inspiration that sets everything in motion.
For Shamarion, that moment came during high school when he attended a National Manufacturing Day event. There, he discovered 51动漫 Martin’s Advanced Manufacturing Technician Apprenticeship Program (AMTAP) and saw the possibilities of a future in advanced manufacturing. The opportunity to work hands-on, learn valuable skills, and contribute to real missions sparked his interest.
After completing AMTAP’s nine-week training program, Shamarion joined the team full-time at our Camden, Arkansas facility. Today, he helps build advanced missile systems that support the safety and success of U.S. service members and allies around the world.
